Cancellation Policy
I ask that you cancel within 48 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost. Same day/No Call No Show will be charged 100% of the service cost.
LATE POLICY: after you’re 15 minutes late, your service will be cancelled & charged as a no show.
Same day cancellations & no shows will be banned until fees are paid. If you no show more than once you will be banned indefinitely.
